Information about Shipping and handling
Orders are accepted subject to the conditions below notwithstanding any conditions of the customer or mentioned elsewhere on this website unless specifically agreed by LiceXtractor™ LLC in writing.

LiceXtractor™ reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms of use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates on subsequent visits.

Order Acceptance and Processing
Online orders are accepted when your credit/charge/debit card is processed. Orders sent by post with a check will be accepted on check clearance. Any e-mail or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at, and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail.  LiceXtractor™ reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.

Cancellation of Orders
If you cancel your order you will be provided with a confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail or post. Orders are only cancelled once this confirmation is provided and any claims that an order was cancelled will not be entertained unless a cancellation confirmation is evident.

Delivery of Goods
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. If for any reason expected delivery will exceed 7 working days from the date of receipt of order the customer will be provided with a revised delivery schedule and given the opportunity to cancel the order. Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers.  LiceXtractor™, LLC accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside its control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within seven (7) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases  LiceXtractor™ will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full.

Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website thenLiceXtractor™, LLC will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that we supply you with faulty goods, then we will replace the goods or refund the cost of the goods any delivery charge and the cost of returning the goods to us. Your Statutory Rights are Not Affected.

Checking Goods For Damage and Notifying LiceXtractor™, LLC
You agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.

Return Policy - Your Right To Change Your Mind
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can return it at any time within 30 days, for a refund less the packing and delivery price and collection (if any) and no re-stocking charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. They should be well packed and sent to: 17384 Kennedy Dr N Redington Beach FL 33708. We advise you to take out insurance for the return delivery as items not received in re-saleable condition will not be eligible for either an exchange or refund. Returns must be notified either be in the form of an e-mail or letter, complete with the order number and sent to our address above or the e-mail address shown on the purchase invoice. Cancellation must either be in the form of an e-mail or letter and sent to our address above. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good resalable condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our costs in recovering the goods. You must make sure the goods remain undamaged and unused. The delivery of the goods to you is a separate contract for services and any refund made will not include the costs of delivery of the goods to you.

Warranty
The durable products e.g. The LiceXtractor™ vacuum/suction combing device sold by LiceXtractor™, LLC via this site and otherwise, are covered by a 1 year (from date of delivery) manufacturers warranty. The combs and filters used in TheLiceXtractor™ are consumable items, these are not covered by any warranty.
